Robin Stephenson, M.Ed. is President and CEO of Professional Early Education Associates (PROEEA). She also serves as Chairman of the Infant and Early Childhood Commission for the National Council of Private School Accreditation (NCPSA). Ms. Stephenson’s professional experience includes serving as a preschool teacher, child care administrator, college professor, and association director; and continues to provide leadership opportunities throughout the United States and internationally on the topics of early childhood education and women in leadership.

Sally began her career as an Occupational Specialist/Career Counselor. Because of her strong training in team building, motivation and marketing, she utilized these skills to open Circle C Ranch Academy in 1986. Circle C serves the Tampa, FL area as a preschool, child care center and summer camp. Circle C Ranch Academy has achieved accreditation through the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs (NAC), which is sponsored by NACCP. Sally is a strong advocate for staff development and encourages each of her staff members to achieve their CDA certification or enroll in college courses. The staff of Circle C has trained with the High Scope Curriculum and Myers-Briggs Personality Profile System. Sally has worked to form Megan's Circle of Hope, a 501 (C) 3 organization to serve children with special needs. Sally's strengths are to bring out the talent of others and help them use those talents effectively. Before joining the NACCP Board of Directors, Sally served the organization as a Liaison for FL and Liaison Chair.

She seeks to contribute to the industry through serving on state child care committees, presenting at conferences and active participation with NACCP and its Liaisons. All company owned sites are accredited by NAC.

Tere A. Holmes has been devoted to the field of Early Care and Education for over 30 years. She is a native Texan who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing with emphasis in Spanish from Texas Tech University. Tere has served in many positions, including center director, district manager, regional manager and director of operations. Tere’s expertise is in the successful multi or single unit operation of early care and education programs. Tere's experience includes the successful development of new early care and education programs as well as organizational growth through acquisitions. As the Western Operations Director of The Sunshine House, Tere manages early care and education programs in four states. With knowledge of licensed programs both regionally and nationally, Tere is familiar with all aspects of program operation. Tere holds memberships in NACCP, NAEYC, and TLCCA, presents annually at various National and State conferences, and is currently listed on the Texas Trainers Registry. Tere is the current president-elect of the Texas Licensed Child Care Association and is highly involvded on both the state and national level regarding legislative and regulatory issues. Tere strives to bring her humor and passion for her profession to everything she does.

Dr. Ehmke received a bachelor's degree in elementary education, a master's degree in curriculum, and his doctorate in education administration. He has served as teacher and principal at elementary, middle and high school levels, off-campus professor for Northern Arizona University, early childhood education specialist/trainer for childcare providers. Dr. Ehmke has also been an owner/administrator of a NAC accredited early childhood education center. He presents at many state and national conferences in the areas of staff development and early childhood education and care. He continues to provide consulting services to early childhood programs and provides staff development seminars. He is currently serving as chair of the NAC Advisory Council, is a NAC Validator and NAC Validator trainer.

Kathie Boe currently serves as Sr. Director of Quality and Accreditation for Knowledge Learning Corporation. In this capacity, Kathie directs the quality initiatives of the nation's largest child care provider. Kathie along with her team supports 1700 centers; among them over 500 are nationally accredited. Kathie brings to the position over 31 years of experience with programs for young children including work as a teacher, center director, district manager and Sr. Director of Program Training. She has served as a NAEYC validator and is trained as a NAC Validator and served five years as Secretary/Treasurer for Minnesota Child Care Association. Kathie is a frequent speaker at both regional and national conferences on the topics of early childhood education, team building, administration and staff development. Kathie holds a B.A. in Child Development from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN.

Bob Siegel is in his fourth decade in the child care business. Currently, he is the National Director of Easter Seals Children's Services with over 100 sites around the country. Bob is also the President of his own training and consulting company, Partners in Professional Development. In addition he is the president of his own training and consulting company, Partners in Professional Development. Bob has worked as a preschool teacher, long-time child care director, graduate school teacher, children's museum director, and ECE management consultant and trainer. Currently he serves both on the Board of NACCP and as the Board President of the Early Care and Education Consortium. As a national expert, he often provides training and consultation in the areas of inclusion, staff development and supervision, fiscal management, as well as marketing and strategic planning.

Michael A. Swain is a Sr. Loss Control Specialist for Markel Insurance Company. Michael creates and implements risk management programs in support of child care, social service, youth recreation programs, non-profit organizations, youth clubs and other industry groups. With over 20 years industry experience, he has a broad background in risk management. Michael, a 1984 graduate of Virginia Tech, holds certifications as an Associate in Risk Management and a Senior Claim Law Associate. He also holds certifications as a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, Child Passenger Safety Technician and is a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Michael has two children.

Mr. McGuckin is a practicing attorney in Bucks County Pennsylvania with years of experience in child care law. He is a lecturer and consultant, training child care professionals on a variety of management and legal issues. He has co-authored a variety of publications including "Current Issues in Child Care". Mr. McGuckin has volunteered on numerous boards and committees, receiving many awards and recognitions.
